MA Organizational Leadership
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree program at Brown Western University requires 12 three-unit graduate courses, or 36 semester units. Specifically, the MAOL degree requires nine graduate education courses and four graduate education electives in order to earn the degree.
As with other Masters-degree programs at Brown Western, up to nine semester units of acceptable transfer graduate courses may be transferred into one’s Masters program (see “Transfer Policies” for more details).
The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree provides training and education that focuses on the specific needs and issues facing leaders and managers of organizations. Some of those needs include modeling leadership appropriate to the 21st century, intelligent handling of financial and human resources, sound financial management and planning, assessing cultural and economic realities of the regions the organization serves, and strategic management in a world that is in constant change.
This degree program is appropriate for a wide range of professional leaders and managers in small-, middle-, and large-sized organizations.
