BA Organizational Leadership

Brown Western University's completely online Organizational Leadership degree programs (BA and MA) are designed to teach students about current best practices for organizational leaders and managers in business, governmental and non-profit organizations. You'll be learning practical techniques that not only have been shown to work well, but can can be used by you as you move into becoming an even more effective and influential leaders in your chosen organization.

We seek to train and develop leaders and managers who possess a strong moral and ethical foundation and bring that foundation into their field of choice. Our program covers vital leadership elements such as: motivation, communications, ethics, vision, teamwork, applied psychology, group dynamics, the application of technology, organizational management, and more.

As with all degree programs at Brown Western, our online format allows for tremendous flexibility as to how and when you “attend class.”  You’ll be as close to your instructor as an email and you’ll find your education both challenging and practical.
